Shipping Policy
At The Skin Club, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping and returns policy below.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time:
Standard delivery within Ireland: 2-5 business days.
International delivery: Delivery times vary by region and may take up to 10 business days. Customs delays may apply for international orders.
Shipping Costs:
Domestic shipping fee: €5.
Free shipping on orders over €150 (Ireland only).
International shipping rates vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.
Gift Cards:
Digital gift cards are available for purchase and can be emailed to you for instant use or printed out at home.
If you would like a physical hard copy of the gift card, a shipping fee of €2 applies.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and reason for return in your email.

Return the item(s) to our address provided in the return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number so we can resolve it promptly.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., opened skincare products) may not be eligible for returns unless faulty.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery back to us.
