SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

At The Skin Club, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping and returns policy below.


Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time:

Standard delivery within Ireland: 2-5 business days.

International delivery: Delivery times vary by region and may take up to 10 business days. Customs delays may apply for international orders.

Shipping Costs:

Domestic shipping fee: €5.

Free shipping on orders over €150 (Ireland only).

International shipping rates vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.

Gift Cards:

Digital gift cards are available for purchase and can be emailed to you for instant use or printed out at home.

If you would like a physical hard copy of the gift card, a shipping fee of €2 applies.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition within 30 days of delivery.

  • Process:

    • Contact us at beth@theskinclub.ie within the return window to initiate your return.

    • Include your order number and reason for return in your email.

    • Return the item(s) to our address provided in the return instructions.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number so we can resolve it promptly.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note:

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
       

Additional Information

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., opened skincare products) may not be eligible for returns unless faulty.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery back to us.
